NanGong Yacht Trailer Technical Requirements
1. The trailer has a carrying capacity of 60 tons. The main frame features 30# steel, with four main beams made of 50# high manganese alloy steel. The width is 4 meters and the length is 19.8 meters. For easy transportation, the whole vehicle is designed in a modular assembly style. The top front section includes the electrical control box, battery, and hydraulic system. The bottom front section is equipped with a steering mechanism control system. The bottom is fitted with two sets of lifting trailer support parallel adjustment mechanisms. Each side is designed with two adjustable vision width guide rods.
2. This vehicle is designed for remote-controlled self-movement, featuring an electric-hydraulic power system. It employs a 6-set hydraulic motor reduction integrated drive unit, with each drive unit providing a torque of 2.5KN. Equipped with hydraulic lock brakes, the power system is low-noise and simple to operate.
3. The middle section of the trailer beam features a V-shaped indentation for easy transport of single-hull ships, with flat steel plates on both sides for accommodating different tugboat support devices.
4. Mid-section adjustable vision width guide bar, featuring a 60MM-120MM rectangular tube left swing arm, and a 100MM round tube for the outer pillar. The upper outer circumference of the round tube is protected with thickened foam rubber to prevent scratches on the hull.
5. To meet the low water-level boat testing requirements, the trailer is equipped with an adjustable lifting mechanism at the rear, with a height range of 1-3.8 meters. To ensure safe and stable driving on slopes, a balancing adjustment mechanism is designed at the front. This ensures that the boat maintains a level position on different slopes, significantly enhancing driving safety.
6. The hydraulic lifting mechanism is controlled by a low-pressure power supply, allowing for simple remote control operation from a distance. It features a dual-power diesel hydraulic system with a Taiwanese-imported hydraulic pump, which is easy to operate and maintain, and convenient to use. The lifting cylinder is equipped with four 240MM diameter cylinders, each with a lifting force of 35 tons.
7. This trailer is equipped with 8 x 355/65-15 tires, each capable of supporting a single-wheel load of 9 tons. The total weight capacity of the vehicle is 72 tons. The design philosophy of the trailer's axle is a four-axle suspension, which can automatically adjust the vehicle's level and balance the tire load based on the road surface smoothness.
