Corrosion-resistant pipes, also known as anti-corrosion steel pipes, are steel pipes that have undergone anti-corrosion processing to effectively prevent or slow down corrosion caused by chemical or electrochemical reactions during transportation and use. According to Chinese statistics, the direct economic loss from steel pipe corrosion in the country is over 280 billion yuan annually, and globally, the loss due to steel pipe corrosion reaches up to 5 trillion US dollars annually. Corrosion-resistant pipes can effectively prevent or mitigate corrosion. IPN8710 Corrosion Resistant In cases where the internal corrosion medium of steel pipes is diverse, such as acids, alkalis, salts, oxidizing agents, and steam, the coating must possess chemical inertness, resistance to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, a dense film structure, good water penetration resistance, strong adhesion, and toughness. IPN8710 anti-corrosion is suitable for such conditions. IPN8710 Antirust Undercoat: Composed of polyurethane polyethylene, modified epoxy resin, non-toxic rustproof pigments, additives, etc., it cures at room temperature to form an interpenetrating network, resulting in a dense film structure that is resistant to acids, alkalis, and salts. It boasts excellent rust prevention properties, strong adhesion, and is used for antirust priming coatings on the inner walls of water supply pipelines. IPN8710 Corrosion-Resistant Paint: Composed of epoxy, rubber resin modified, non-toxic rustproof pigments, additives, etc. Offers excellent chemical resistance, is non-toxic, and resists microbial侵蚀. Used as protective coating on the interior of water supply pipelines. FBE Epoxy Powder Coating FBE Epoxy Powder Coating Structure: Utilizes electrostatic spraying technology to apply epoxy powder to the surface of steel pipes, forming a single coating in one application. This coating boasts the advantages of easy application, non-pollution, excellent impact and bending resistance, and high temperature resistance. 2PE/3PE Corrosion Protection 2PE/3PE Corrosion-Resistant Structure: Electrostatically applied epoxy powder coating on the steel pipe surface, laterally wrapped with adhesive and a polyethylene corrosion-resistant layer. The combination of these three excellent properties significantly enhances the overall quality of the corrosion-resistant pipeline. It boasts resistance to chemical corrosion, resistance to adhesion peel, and resistance to mechanical damage. Epoxy coal tar paint anticorrosion Epoxy coal tar paint anti-corrosion structure: An anti-corrosion coating made of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, and fillers, reinforced with glass cloth on the surface of steel pipes to form a protective layer, commonly used for external pipeline anti-corrosion. The thickness is generally 0.5-1.0mm. High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Coating for Corrosion Protection High-density polyethylene coated anti-corrosion structure: Made by wrapping high-density polyethylene material around the outer surface of steel pipes, it boasts excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, protecting the steel pipes from damage caused by external factors during transportation, installation, and use. Antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and carbon black should be added during the production of the outer casing. Polyethylene coated pipes are prone to aging; therefore, it is advisable to cover them with tarpaulins when stored outdoors. The storage area should be kept away from high heat sources and fire. After manufacturing the anti-corrosion steel pipes, avoid direct sunlight and rapid temperature changes, as this can cause the polyethylene coated pipes to crack, affecting product performance and lifespan. Corrosion Prevention Standards FBE epoxy powder coating conforms to SY/T0315-1997 "Technical Standard for熔结环氧粉末 Coating on Steel Pipeline" 2PE/3PE Corrosion Protection Complies with SY/T0413-2002 "Technical Standard for Polyethylene External Coating of Buried Steel Pipe" Corrosion Inhibiting Surface Rust Standard: Steel pipe outer surface blasting rust removal in accordance with GB/T8923-1988 requirements to reach Sa2 1/2 grade, with anchor pattern depth on the steel pipe surface between 40-100μm. Usage Corrosion-resistant pipes are primarily used in China for pipeline projects in the oil, chemical, natural gas, thermal power, wastewater treatment, water supply, bridge, and steel structure fields.
