In hot water boiler systems and pipeline circulating cooling water systems, scale will form in the furnace and piping after a period of operation. If not cleaned promptly, the scale layer will accumulate and thicken, increasing the water resistance of the system, which can lead to pipe bursts and ultimately system failure; it also significantly increases the consumption of coal or electricity, resulting in extreme energy waste. Installing a boiler strong magnetic scale inhibitor at the boiler inlet and strengthening the system's effluent control can effectively address the scaling issue: compared to the original old scale, the water treated by the magnetic descaling device and boiled and circulated within the boiler for a long time will gradually soften the old scale, causing it to crack and fall off in pieces.
