The device for magnetized water is called a magnetized water processor. Magnetized water processors can be divided into two types based on the form of the magnetic field: permanent magnet and electromagnetic; and into two types based on the position of the magnetic field: internal magnet and external magnet. Under the same gap magnetic field intensity, permanent magnet and electromagnetic magnetized water processors have the same effect, but each has its own characteristics. The advantages of the permanent magnet magnetized water processor are that it does not require energy, has a simple structure, and is easy to operate and maintain. However, the magnetic field strength is limited by the magnetic material and the magnetization technology, and there is a phenomenon of demagnetization over time or with the increase of water temperature. The advantages of the electromagnetic magnetized water processor are that the magnetic field strength is easy to adjust, can reach a very high magnetic field strength, and the magnetic field strength is not affected by time and temperature, with good stability, but it requires an external excitation power supply. Compared with the internal magnet magnetized water processor, the external magnet magnetized water processor has better advantages, mainly because it does not require shutting off water or dismantling pipes during maintenance, and is less likely to cause magnetic short-circuit phenomena.
We currently hold 4 patents related to magnetized water processors. These patents achieve the goal of magnetizing water by selecting different magnetic materials and water flow pathways. The magnetized water processor has a cylindrical design, made of cast steel, with flanges at both ends for direct connection to pipelines. Inside, it features a pair of magnetic rods made from a special alloy permanent magnet material with N and S poles facing each other, arranged in an N-S, N pattern. The magnetic field energy can reach up to 6,000 Gs, with a lifespan of 15 years and a magnetic field intensity decay rate of 3. Since the magnetized water processor operates using magnetic materials, no external power source is required, and it consumes no electricity. The processor is structurally simple, compact, and easy to install, with no need for special maintenance or care.
