Section III: Active发光signs can be installed in the following areas.
1. Urban roadways with poor or overexposed lighting conditions at night, such as areas adjacent to streetlights, beneath large billboard lighting boxes, and under projectors.
2. Poor visibility or excessively wide observation angles on road sections and intersections
