Resistance Welding Transformer Usage Range
Resistance welding transformers are suitable for alternating current power sources with a rated frequency of 50-60 Hz and voltage below 1000V. They are primarily used in spot welders, seam welders, and butt welder equipment.
Application Environment
Altitude below 2,000 meters.
2. Environmental temperature not exceeding 40℃;
3. Relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
4. Areas free of severe vibrations and shock waves.
5. The ambient air shall not contain harmful gases that corrode metals and damage insulation, or flammable gases or dust. When in use, transformers must not be subjected to erosion by water, rain, or snow.
6. The power voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
