Resistance Welding Transformer Application Range
Resistance welding transformers are suitable for alternating current power sources with a rated frequency of 50-60 Hz and voltage below 1000V. They are primarily used in spot welders, seam welders, and butt welder equipment.
Application Environment
1. Altitude below 2,000m.
2. Ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃.
3. Relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
4. No location with severe vibration or shock.
5. The ambient air shall not contain harmful gases that corrode metals or damage insulation, nor flammable gases or dust. When in use, transformers must not be subjected to erosion by water, rain, or snow.
6. The power voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
