Resistance Welding Transformer Application Range
Resistance welding transformers are suitable for AC power sources with a rated frequency of 50-60 Hz and a voltage below 1000V. They are mainly used in spot welding machines, seam welding machines, and butt welding machines.
Application Environment
1. Altitude below 2000m.
2. Environmental temperature not exceeding 40°C.
3. Relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
4. Areas free of severe vibrations and shock vibrations.
5. The ambient air shall not contain harmful gases that corrode metals and damage insulation, as well as flammable gases or dust. When in use, transformers must not be exposed to erosion by water, rain, or snow.
6. The power voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
