Resistance Welding Transformer Application Range
Resistance welding transformers are suitable for AC power sources with a rated frequency of 50-60 Hz and voltage below 1000V. They are mainly used in spot welding machines, seam welding machines, and butt welding machines.
Application Environment
1. Altitude below 2000m.
2. Ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃.
3. Relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
4. No locations with severe vibrations or shock vibrations.
5. The ambient air shall not contain harmful gases that corrode metals and damage insulation, as well as flammable gases or dust. When in use, transformers must not be exposed to the erosion of water, rain, or snow.
6. The power voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
