Product Overview
The MTP-6000B Optical Digital Relay Protection Tester is suitable for fully digital substation systems compliant with IEC 61850 standards. It not only outputs message packets based on IEC 61850-9-2LE and IEC 60044-7/8 sampling values but also supports the reception and transmission of GOOSE messages.
Open protocols, SMV, and GOOSE messages all support flexible configuration, enabling seamless integration with products from any manufacturer.
In addition to digital outputs based on IEC 61850, the tester can also output small-signal analog values ranging from 0 to 7V. The tester also supports hard inputs and outputs, meeting the testing needs of low-voltage protection devices in digital substations.
A variety of combinations, including digital and analog outputs, hard I/O and GOOSE, can be easily configured. Relay protection devices for various input/output methods can all be provided with test solutions by our test instruments.
Even at an output of 40mV, it maintains extremely high accuracy, with the overall output precision meeting the 0.05 grade requirement.
Anomalies in the simulation process layer equipment are addressed by flexible settings for channel quality factors, frame and point loss during sampling, providing a comprehensive solution to assess the correct response of interval layer IEDs under abnormal conditions in process layer equipment.
Self-contained with an industrial control computer, featuring a 12.1-inch true-color display, and also capable of being connected to a computer for operation.
