I. Features

 

Equipped with dual power supply, it can be manually or automatically switched. Using contactors for load switching ensures reliable power supply.

The AC power supply utilizes a high-capacity isolation transformer to isolate the system power from the test power, and adds a shielding layer between the primary and secondary windings to protect the test power from grid transient processes and other harmonic disturbances. The transformer employs an Δ/Y0 wiring method, significantly reducing the third harmonic, ensuring the quality of the power supply.

Direct current (DC) power supplies offer continuous and smooth voltage regulation to accommodate the varying needs of different testing projects.

The control of the switching power supply employs the DZ47-60 type automatic switch, which operates quickly, has a long lifespan, and features automatic tripping for short circuits and overloads.

The output power supply is equipped with a leakage protection switch, ensuring the safety of the test personnel. The switch boasts stable performance, high sensitivity, and reliable operation, featuring automatic tripping functions for short circuits and overloads.

The DC circuit utilizes the GM32M DC circuit breaker, which operates swiftly, has a long lifespan, and features automatic trip functions for short-circuit and over-load conditions.

II. Performance

Insulation Resistance: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, the insulation resistance between each circuit and the casing of the device is not less than 10MΩ; the insulation resistance between each independent circuit is not less than 10MΩ.

Medium Strength: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, the aforementioned circuits and the individual circuits can withstand alternating current at 50Hz and voltage of 2kV (RMS) for a duration of 1 minute, without any insulation breakdown or flashover phenomena.

Impulse Voltage: Under standard test atmospheric conditions, each AC and DC circuit should be able to withstand a 5kV (peak) standard lightning surge impulse test on the housing.

The exchange circuit utilizes the DZ47-60 miniature automatic switch, which boasts a mechanical life of over 20,000 operations for on/off switching, and can achieve instantaneous current interruption up to (4~7)Ie.

The DC circuit employs the GM32M DC circuit breaker, allowing for a rapid interruption of current up to (3-10)Ie (optional).

Terms of Use

Measures to prevent rain and snow from affecting the usage location should be in place.

Altitude does not exceed 2,000 meters.

Ambient Air Temperature: -5℃ to +40℃.

At 40°C, the air humidity should not exceed 50%, and at lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is permissible. At 20°C, it should not go over 90%.

The mechanical vibration amplitude at the usage location does not exceed 0.05mm, and the frequency does not exceed 600 times per minute.

The inclination is no more than 5° from the plumb line.

The surrounding medium poses no explosion hazard, and there is no conductive dust or corrosive gases.

 

III. Main Technical Indicators

 

Exchange Section

Rated Input Voltage: Three-phase 220V/380V, Frequency 50Hz.

Rated Output Voltage: 220V/380V, three-phase four-wire, with three-way output.

58V/100V, three-phase four-wire, with three-way output.

When the three-phase input is balanced, the output unbalance is less than 1%.

The third harmonic component is less than 3%.

The input transformer has a capacity of 15kVA, and under an 8-hour work schedule, it delivers a high output current of 3 x 22.8A.

Section IV: Direct Current

The power input is AC three-phase 380V.

The output DC voltage is continuously adjustable from 0 to 250V, with three-way output.

The rectifier transformer has a capacity of 5kVA and can deliver a high output current of 20A under an 8-hour work schedule.

The Direct Current Ripple Factor K is less than 1.5%.
