I. Overview
This testing instrument is a new generation of testing equipment developed by our company based on feedback from users across the nation and years of practical experience. It is primarily used for setting and calibration of various thermal relays and motor protection devices. Due to its well-designed structure, user-friendly operation, and high output power, it is widely applied in electrical testing sites of enterprises in the power system, railway, petrochemical, metallurgical, and mining industries.
Section II: Main Functions
The product can output a current of 0 to 50A or 0 to 500A for extended periods.
Three-phase current can be evenly outputted, featuring fine-tuning capability.

Section 4: Operating Procedures
Prior to power connection, the "Power Control" switch should be turned off, and the "Three-Phase Current Adjustment" as well as the "A Phase Fine Tuning," "B Phase Fine Tuning," and "C Phase Fine Tuning" should be turned counterclockwise back to zero.
Power on and connect the "Power Input" terminals A, B, C, and N to a three-phase four-wire power supply. Then, use dedicated test wires to connect the "A, B, C Phase Current Output" terminals and the "Switched Signal Input" active contact terminals to the relay contacts being tested (see attached illustration).
After the connection is complete, turn off the "Power Control" switch, press the "Start" button, and rotate the "A Phase Fine Adjustment," "B Phase Fine Adjustment," and "C Phase Fine Adjustment" clockwise to the maximum output. Then, use the "Three-Phase Current Adjustment" handle to gradually adjust to the required test current (coordinated with the A, B, and C phase fine adjustments). Press the "Stop" button, then press the "Start" button again to perform the characteristic test on the relay under test. When testing the 0-50A protector, set the range switch to the "50A" side. When testing the 50-500A protector, set the switch to the "500A" side.
