Primary Functions
The ED1311 Communication Charging Pile Comprehensive Tester features a 6U standard modular design, which is equipped with a portable case for easy on-site testing. All measurement modules are built-in, ensuring convenient and quick use.
2. The integrated charging station features interoperability testing for equipment integration, as well as multiple functions including electrical energy metering and calibration.
Each front and rear panel of the equipment is equipped with a 63A standard charging gun socket. The socket pin definitions comply with the requirements of GB/T 20234.2-2015 standard. The front panel socket is connected to an AC charging station, while the rear panel socket is used for actual vehicle and charging post testing.
The equipment integrates vehicle interface circuit simulation modules, high-speed high-precision waveform acquisition modules, charging桩 metering and verification modules, and embedded controllers, enabling plug-and-test functionality to avoid the complexities of connecting multiple devices.
5. ED1311 Comprehensive Charging Pile Test Instrument features an integrated charging pile electrical energy measurement and calibration module, with voltage and current measurement accuracy of 0.05%, and electrical energy measurement accuracy of 0.05%. It is equipped with pulse input and output interfaces for pulse output detection of the charging pile under test and calibration of its own equipment. High and low-frequency pulse outputs can be set as needed during testing.
6. The equipment is equipped with integrated test software, which can communicate and set parameters with AC power modules, loads, and other devices, automatically collect data, and save test results.
7. The equipment enables both load and actual vehicle measurement and testing methods, allowing for different loading modes to conduct measurement tests.
8. The equipment is equipped with L1, L2, L3, N, PE, CP, CC circuit breakers for on/off, as well as a CP grounding short-circuit switch, enabling the simulation of AC charging interface circuit faults for vehicles.
9. Equipped with a 4mm standard parameter collection interface, it enables external collection functionality for various signals.
10. Features 1-second UPS delay storage (providing sufficient power to store residual data during power voltage failure, ensuring the safety of the operating system), and is configured with communication interfaces such as DVI, RJ45, and USB.

The equipment can simulate the AC charging control guide circuit of electric vehicles, featuring R2, R3 equivalent resistance simulation functions.
12. ED1311 The Comprehensive AC Charging Pile Tester features an external load interface, allowing for the connection of AC loads to achieve current output from the charging pile. It meets the requirements for AC charging pile interoperability and power measurement under load conditions.
The equipment is equipped with voltage and current harmonic detection capabilities, capable of measuring harmonic content from 0 to 50 times.
14. The equipment can simulate both vehicle states with S2 functionality and without S2 functionality.
15. The equipment features automated testing functionality for interoperability and electrical energy measurement calibration, among other detection items, following a programmed process. Upon completion of the test, an automated test report is generated, with the results clearly visible.
16. The equipment is built with an integrated load module, featuring a new power consumption component with high power density and no red-hot phenomenon. All electrical heating elements comply with UL safety standards. The load employs a constant resistance loading method, with an rated voltage of AC 230V and a current adjustable from 1-40A.
The equipment features a load expansion interface, enabling load expansion to meet the testing requirements of AC charging stations with a current of up to 63A and three phases.
The equipment is equipped with GPS time synchronization function, meeting the requirements for the verification of clock indication errors.
20.ED1311 The comprehensive test instrument for charging pile communication test software features a test item selection interface, enabling both single-item automatic testing and continuous automatic testing of all items. Upon completion, the test data is automatically saved and a test report is generated.
