Product Overview
Capacitive equipment such as transformers, GIS systems, SF6 switches, CT/PTs, insulators, busbars, cables, and sleeves are common primary electrical equipment in substation settings. According to the test code for withstand voltage of primary electrical equipment in substation rated at 220V and below, the corresponding AC/DC withstand voltage test equipment must meet both high-voltage, low-current test conditions and low-voltage, high-current test conditions. It requires a broad application range and is designed using the principle of series resonance. The main equipment consists of a variable frequency power supply control cabinet (console), an excitation transformer, reactors, and a capacitive voltage divider. By connecting a rectifier silicon stack and a microammeter to the capacitive voltage divider, a DC withstand voltage test can be completed. Due to the excellent filtering characteristics of the system after resonance, the produced DC voltage is superior to that obtained from a regular test transformer rectifier. It is the ideal withstand voltage equipment for local, municipal, and county-level high-voltage testing departments, as well as for power installation, maintenance, and testing engineering units.
