I. Overview
Resistance measurement is a mandatory test for the semi-finished and finished products of transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, electromagnetic actuators, and other inductive coils during manufacturing, as well as for factory tests, installation, handover tests, and preventive tests by power departments. It effectively detects manufacturing defects such as material selection, welding, loose connections, missing strands, and broken wires in inductive coils, as well as potential hazards that may arise after operation. To meet the need for rapid measurement of inductive coil DC resistance, our company has developed a DC resistance tester utilizing our technical strengths. This instrument features new power supply technology, with small size, light weight, high output current, wide measurement range, and digital display. It is controlled by a microcontroller, which automatically completes self-checks, data processing, and display functions, and has automatic discharge and discharge indication features. The instrument offers high test accuracy, simple operation, and enables rapid measurement of DC resistance.

2. This instrument is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but should be kept away from areas exposed to rain, corrosive gases, and the like. The instrument should be protected from severe vibrations.
3. Maintenance, care, and adjustment of the instrument should be performed by professionals.
After the test is complete, make sure to wait for the discharge alarm to stop before turning off the power and removing the test cables.
5. When measuring unloaded voltage regulators, ensure to switch positions only after the discharge indicator alarm sound stops.
During testing, do not move the test clips or disconnect the power supply lines.

III. Performance Features

6. A 4.3-inch color LCD display with a resolution of 480×272 TFT true-color screen, featuring Chinese operating menu, and real-time print output of results.
7. Equipped with an RS485 interface, test data can be transmitted to the backend.
The device offers ample storage capacity, capable of storing up to 200 test records.
9. Equipped with a USB interface, test data can be saved to a USB flash drive.
10. Enhanced parameter settings, allowing for the configuration of transformer test windings, tap positions, test phases, sample temperature, and converted temperature values, among others.
