Product Overview

Keeping pace with the development trends of the domestic electrical industry, we have successfully researched, developed, and produced a GIS switch non-discharge withstand voltage test device. This device addresses the testing needs for high-voltage, large-capacity GIS electrical equipment, filling a gap in our country's field. As the voltage level of the power grid increases, this device meets the high requirements of power companies for the voltage level and capacity of testing equipment, particularly suitable for GIS substation, GIS electrical equipment manufacturers, and manufacturers of ball-type insulators.

Product Usage

GIS Power Frequency AC Voltage Proof Test

GIS Partial Discharge Measurement Test

Transformer and bushing AC withstand voltage tests and partial discharge measurement tests

Circuit breakers, switches, and other AC withstand voltage tests

AC withstand voltage and partial discharge tests for other large capacity, high voltage test samples

Increase high-pressure sleeve interfaces to conduct high-voltage tests on traditional high-voltage electrical equipment.

Product Alias

GIS Insulation Substation Pressure Vessel with No Partial Discharge, GIS Power Frequency Insulation Substation Partial Discharge Detection Device, GIS Power Frequency Insulation Substation and Partial Discharge Testing System

Product Features

Compact and lightweight, easy for on-site operation

High safety reliability ensures operator safety

Wide application range, catering to various power equipment testing needs

User-friendly and streamlined, enhancing testing efficiency.

High test voltage and low partial discharge interference ensure test accuracy.

Principle of Operation

The GIS Partial Discharge Insulation Test Device integrates high-voltage boosting, high-voltage measurement, high-voltage coupling capacitors, and high-voltage transformers, forming a fully sealed and highly shielded space. The device achieves voltage resonance through the inductance of the reactor and the capacitance of the tested item, or directly produces the required high voltage via a high-voltage transformer. During the testing process, the high voltage is fully sealed within the shielded space, effectively avoiding external interference and ensuring the accuracy and safety of the test.
