The use of hydraulic synchronous lifting in construction projects is on the rise. Let's discuss the installation of hydraulic synchronous lifting. Below, our editor will provide a brief introduction to help you out.
(1) The hydraulic synchronous lifting device should be placed on a flat and solid surface, ensuring it is dry, well-ventilated, rainproof, and shielded from direct sunlight. A rainproof canopy should be installed.
(2) For the hydraulic synchronous jacking system, all high-pressure pipes, valves, and joints should be properly connected according to the pump station system diagram and connected to the hydraulic jack on the top column. Pay attention to the consistency of the inlets and outlets of all jacks; the upper nozzle is the return oil pressure pipe, and the lower nozzle is the ascending oil pressure pipe. Check that the connections are reliable. Pressure supply components should not come into direct contact with the base plate and should have anti-scald and anti-stick shielding measures. When connecting hydraulic hoses, it is strictly prohibited to have mud or sand, to avoid damaging the jack.
