The Chinese oil fume purification equipment industry is in its early stage of rapid development and gradual maturity. (Oil fume purifier cleaning) From the perspective of environmental protection technology, technically, it's feasible to treat oil fume emissions to meet indoor air quality standards without considering costs. However, the notion of "no cost consideration" itself goes against environmental protection principles. Moreover, affordability for restaurants in need is a basic criterion for the practicality of oil fume purification technology. Technologies that are expensive to operate lack market viability. The technological breakthrough point in the environmental protection industry is to find odor removal techniques that are low in cost and long-lasting with minimal secondary pollution. This means that oil fume purification technology has overcome the challenges of purifying large particles and stable aerosol particles. It is now tackling the issue of purification at the "macromolecule and molecular" level. Optimistically, in about three to five years, we may see high-end oil fume purification equipment for the catering industry that achieves "smokeless, odorless, and room temperature emissions."
Use smoke purifiers with caution.:
1.After plugging in, the smoke and oil purifier will start operating. At this point, both the red and green indicator lights on the electrical control box will be on, and the smoke and oil purifier itself will emit a continuous and stable operation sound; if the red light occasionally flickers, it indicates that the internal electrode plates are discharging, which is normal operation.
2.If the red light goes out or blinks frequently during use, immediately turn off the power, open the front door of the smoke and oil purification equipment to check for any foreign objects inside. If there are foreign objects, clean them or wipe the internal electrode plates; if there are no foreign objects or only a small amount of oil mist on the electrodes, check if the metal contact points of the equipment are not making good contact, and adjust the spring pins to ensure full contact. If the equipment still does not operate normally, please contact the *maintenance personnel immediately for timely repair.
3.Absolutely no opening of the smoke purification equipment or electrical control box while the equipment is powered on.
Please note the following points during the inspection:
(1) Before installing the smoke and oil filter, it's advisable to power on and run the equipment for a while to (clean the smoke hood) check if the electrodes have shifted during transportation or handling.
(2) If the smoke purifier is mounted on a bracket, it should be securely fastened to the bracket.
(3) Install the smoke purification unit at least 2 meters away from the exhaust position of the smoke hood to ensure fire safety and purification effectiveness; a distance of over 4 meters between the purifier and the fan is recommended.
(4) The connection between the smoke and oil purifier and the exhaust duct must be sealed to ensure no air leaks.
(5) The smoke purifier can be installed indoors or outdoors, but there should be ample space for maintenance and repair.
(6) The油烟净化器 housing must be safely grounded; and the oil drainage pipe must be properly connected.
(7) No磕碰of the electrodes is allowed during installation, and foreign objects are strictly prohibited from falling into the purifier.
(8) The connections of all electrical components within the smoke purifier unit and the electrical control box must be reliable and error-free.
