Our company is located in a third-tier city. In recent years, Yixing has focused on environmental protection construction, and numerous environmental protection enterprises have emerged here, including our Wuxi Dàshìjiè Ventilation Equipment Co., Ltd. Initially, our workshops were designed and constructed according to old standards, which resulted in slightly inadequate ventilation capabilities. Some workshops were unable to expel dust and waste gases in time. By the first half of 2021, there were over 20 fires caused by dust. Several years ago, we helped certain manufacturers with ventilation system renovations, and the results were quite satisfactory. Below, I would like to share with everyone. Are exhaust hoods without power in demand? Are they being used in factory workshops? They are convenient, cost-effective, and practical.

Some factory buildings were originally designed with a solid structure, appearing quite imposing on the surface. However, the initial design couldn't keep up with the pace of development, and relying solely on window ventilation was insufficient to meet the requirements. As a result, they turned to Dàshìjiè Ventilation and designed a ventilation system, which was also quite successful. The owner of the renovated company was very satisfied with the solution. It involved installing several sheet metal ducts with small fans in the workshop, as well as dozens of passive wind caps on the workshop ceiling. This not only saved funds, replaced heavy-duty electric exhaust fans, and reduced support costs, but also solved the factory's ventilation issues. Currently, many schools and factories are installing such passive wind caps.

The passive wind hood operates using wind power. With its scientifically calculated curved blades, it ensures no rain intrusion during operation. It boasts high exhaust efficiency, as it can function with a gentle breeze or a temperature difference of over 0.5℃ between indoors and outdoors. It's clean, and it can save a significant amount of electricity for the factory in a year. Additionally, its installation is straightforward.

The windproof hood material is extremely durable, commonly made from 304 or 201 stainless steel, offering strong corrosion and rust resistance. This reduces maintenance costs, allowing manufacturers to achieve the same results at a lower cost. Moreover, the hood's appearance is pleasing, resembling a small mushroom. I believe it would be a delightful sight if large factories also adopted the windproof hood.

When constructing the factory, it was during the years when the ventilation system was introduced from abroad, a novelty to everyone. After installing the non-powered wind caps, the city leaders also found it quite fascinating, noting that this ventilation system is not only environmentally friendly but also cost-effective, saving a significant amount of electricity.
