4 Causes of Water Leakage in External Walls
1. Water leakage around the outer wall windows and door frames 2. Issues left over from the construction process 3. Water leakage from the outer wall brick masonry 4. Water leakage caused by installation engineering issues

Jinxiu Garden is experiencing water leakage along the exterior wall windows and door frames. Typically, if there's water leakage from the outside walls, it is often due to the wall adjacent to the windows. This is usually caused by gaps around the window and door frames not being properly sealed, or even if mortar is used, it is not compacted tightly, leading to frequent falling off and cracking. There is no drip line at the top of the window opening, allowing rainwater to enter the room from the top of the opening. The masonry under the window sill is not filled with mortar, causing water to seep in through the gaps. Improper painting of the window sill allows water to seep down along the window frame and into the room.
