Section Two:Key Product Performance 

1）Critical areas of protective clothing should have a hydrostatic pressure not less than1.67 kPa（17 cm H2O）；

2）The moisture vapor transmission rate of the protective clothing material should not be less than2500g/（㎡•d）； 

3）Protective suits must not allow synthetic blood to penetrate through.Grade 2 (1.75 kPa)

4）Outer side of protective suits should have a water resistance level no less than3rd grade requirements

5）The tensile strength of the critical parts of the protective suit material should not be less than45N； 

6) The elongation at break for the key parts of the protective clothing material should not be less than 15%.

7) The protective clothing should have a filtration efficiency of not less than 70% against non-oily particles for critical areas and seams.

8) Flame Retardancy (if applicable): Charring length not exceeding 200mm; afterglow time not exceeding 15s; smoldering time not exceeding 10s;

9) The charge of protective clothing should not exceed 0.6μC per piece.

10) The antistatic decay time of protective suit materials shall not exceed 0.5 seconds (if applicable).

11) Total bacterial colony count ≤200 CFU/g, total fungal colony count ≤100 CFU/g.

FourInstructions for Use

1) Choose the appropriate size/ specification according to your body type before use.

2) When wearing protective clothing, start with the pants, then put on the shirt, secure the hat, and zip it up.

3) After donning the protective suit, ensure that the head, wrists, and ankle openings are securely covered.

Two,Main Product Performance 

1) The static water pressure at critical areas of the protective suit should not be less than 1.67 kPa (17 cm H2O).

2) The moisture vapor transmission rate of the protective suit material should not be less than 2500g/(㎡•d).

3) Protective clothing should have a synthetic blood penetration resistance of at least level 2 (1.75 kPa).

4) The outer side of the protective suit must meet the requirement of at least a 3-grade water resistance level.

5) The tensile strength of the key parts of the protective suit material should not be less than 45N.

6) The elongation at break of the key material in protective clothing should not be less than 15%.

7) The filter efficiency for non-oily particles on the critical parts of protective clothing and seams should not be less than 70%.

8) Flame Retardancy (if applicable): Charring length not exceeding 200mm; afterglow time not exceeding 15s; smoldering time not exceeding 10s;

9) The electrostatic charge on protective clothing should not exceed 0.6μC per piece.
