Manual inspection primarily involves visual and tactile methods. Check for even and smooth stitching on the clothing, ensuring that acid and alkali-resistant workwear with good breathability has intact, straight stitching without any broken or missing threads. For non-breathable fabrics, the clothing should be coated or treated with a film to prevent acid and alkali substances from渗透 due to the fabric's physical properties. Additionally, the inside of the seams should be lined with tape to ensure the clothing maintains good non-breathability and waterproofing. Dress the clothing and accessories neatly, inspecting the overall fit of gloves and shoes with the clothing, the appropriate wrapping of the upper and lower garments, ensuring they do not hinder work while maintaining a secure, non-leaking fit. Physical tests are safety checks conducted using mechanical equipment, assessing the fabric's abrasion resistance and stretch, and checking the fabric's water and breathability resistance by splashing water. These are necessary self-inspection methods for chemical protective suits before they are put into use after production.
