The electric-powered blowing long tube respirator consists of three parts: the main unit, the long tube, and the hood. Depending on the working environment, there are various hoods and masks available. If an open hood is used, the long tube can be chosen in lengths of 10 meters, 15 meters, or 20 meters. Open hoods are not suitable for hypoxic environments (air with oxygen levels below 18% is considered hypoxic) and toxic environments (immediately threatening life and health).

1. The operation of the electric air supply long tube respirator: 1. Before using the electric air supply long tube respirator mask, check all connection points for looseness to prevent air leakage and potential health hazards to the user. 2. Insert the appropriate length of flexible tube connected to the mask end into the buckle on the safety belt, tighten the belt to secure the long tube, and prevent it from dragging and affecting the mask's wearing. 3. Check the airtightness of the entire unit; block the intake port connected to the air supply fan with your hand and feel for difficulty breathing, indicating good airtightness of the mask. Then insert the air supply fan's flexible tube into the socket, and simultaneously turn on the fan to supply fresh air to the mask for breathing. 4. Ensure the air supply fan is properly grounded before use. 5. After each use, clean the mask, air tube, and accessories, coil the long tube, and store it in the storage box. Keep the storage area dry, well-ventilated, and away from heat. Avoid contact between the mask lens and organic solvents to prevent damage. Also, try to minimize impacts and friction to prevent scratching the lens surface. Men should shave their beards before wearing the mask to avoid affecting the mask's airtightness. The long tube mask should be stored and maintained by a designated person, with regular inspections and timely repairs or replacement of damaged parts as needed.
