Forging equipment generally operates under conditions of high vibration and heavy loads. During operation, multiple moving parts structures frequently move relative to each other, resulting in frictional resistance that leads to energy loss and severe surface wear. Proper lubrication methods not only address this issue but also play a crucial role in maintaining equipment precision and extending its service life. What is a portable electric lubrication pump? In the lubrication system diagrams for small hydraulic presses, the lubrication system refers to the method of concentrating the scattered lubrication points on a single oil pump to achieve lubrication. Under the control of the equipment's PLC, it can achieve timed and quantitative injection of clean lubricating oil into the equipment's lubrication points, ensuring that each lubrication area maintains an appropriate oil film. It also facilitates cyclic cooling of heat-generating areas and can act as a flushing agent for the friction surfaces.

Due to the large tonnage press lubrication system's oil volume and lubrication time, and considering the numerous mechanical transmission links and friction movements in forging equipment, there are more lubrication points. Additionally, manually refueling large equipment is inconvenient. Concentrated lubrication for large equipment can ensure lubrication effectiveness and reduce the workload for manual maintenance. Taking bearing lubrication as an example, a centralized lubrication system keeps a lubricating film inside the bearing at all times, which is superior to manual lubrication. It can extend the bearing's lifespan by five times and save 70% of grease. Generally, centralized lubrication systems can be categorized into five types: resistive, volumetric, recirculating, oil mist, and oil-gas. Taking a progressive centralized lubrication system as an example, the配套distributor uses a hydraulic progressive principle to sequentially distribute oil until it reaches the required lubrication points. Throughout the process, if a nozzle gets clogged, it can be fed back to the PLC control system, allowing for timely fault detection.
