The biscuit making machine features innovative design, compact structure, and high degree of automation. It completes the entire process from feeding to rolling, shaping, waste recycling, drying, oiling, and cooling, all in one automated operation. By changing the molds and process recipes, we can produce a variety of popular biscuits, such as cream biscuits, filled biscuits, plain biscuits, milk biscuits, soda biscuits, animal-shaped biscuits, 3D biscuits, vegetable biscuits, etc.

Primarily made from grain flour, with the addition of sugar, fats, and other ingredients, these foods are produced through processes such as mixing (or battering), shaping, baking (or frying), and may include the addition of cream, protein, cocoa, chocolate, etc., before or after cooking, either between products or on their surfaces or interiors.

Sweet biscuits can be divided into two main categories: crisp biscuits and tough biscuits, depending on the formula and production process.

Cookies

Resilient biscuits are characterized by their embossed patterns which are predominantly concave with pinholes on the surface. The finished product has a smooth and flat surface, with a layered structure in the cross-section, offering a crunchy and chewy texture that is distinctively crisp. The sugar and fat ratio in resilient biscuits is lower than that in crisp biscuits, generally with less than 30% sugar and less than 20% fat. Crisp biscuits typically have embossed patterns that are more convex and pronounced, with a dense structure accounting for 14% to 30% of the flour content. Certain sweet and airy specialty biscuits may have fat content as high as around 50%.

·Crisp Biscuits: Made primarily from wheat flour, sugar, and fats, these biscuits are enhanced with leavening agents and other additives. They are produced through a cold dough process, rolled, embossed, or extruded, followed by baking. The finished product typically features a raised, floral design with a porous cross-section and a light, airy texture. Examples include butter biscuits, scallion biscuits, sesame biscuits, and egg crisp biscuits.

What's in a biscuit?

1. Flour. For extra-crispy cookies, the key is to choose "all-purpose flour," which is a low-protein wheat flour.

2. Oils. Among the oils used in biscuit production, ordinary vegetable oil is relatively preferable.

3. Sugar. Whether it's granulated sugar, malt syrup, "starch syrup," or corn syrup, they are all simple sugars containing energy, with the same health effects.

4. Other Ingredients. The various flavors of biscuits are primarily derived from flavors and colors.
