Low-temperature baked pet food ingredients are made by extruding raw materials into pet food pellets at relatively low temperatures. They do not undergo a high-temperature expansion process, but instead, the raw materials are baked and sterilized in an oven at around 90°C before being dried using a low-temperature dehydration machine.
