Cable Conduit Box
Cable troughs are a fully enclosed cable bridge that effectively controls electromagnetic interference and provides protection for cables in harsh corrosive environments. They effectively prevent the intrusion of harmful liquids and dust, but have poor heat dissipation. Therefore, they are suitable for laying cables for computer equipment, communication cables, thermocouple cables, and other high-sensitive system control cables.
2. Cable Tray
Cable trays, also known as perforated trays, are槽-shaped components made up of base and side panels with holes, or formed from a solid sheet of steel that is punched and bent. Due to their excellent ventilation and heat dissipation, cable trays are used for control cables and power cables without shielding requirements. Currently, cable trays are widely employed in industries such as petrochemical, chemical, power, light industry, television, and telecommunications.
3. Cable Ladder Rack
The ladder frame is a trapezoidal component composed of two longitudinal sidebars and several crossbars, offering advantages such as lightweight, low cost, simple structure, easy installation, good heat dissipation, and ventilation. It is suitable for laying cables with larger diameters and is particularly ideal for high and low voltage power cable installations.
4. Modular Cable Bridge Assemblies
Modular cable tray systems are suitable for various engineering projects, units, and types of cables. They offer advantages such as simple structure, flexible configuration, easy installation, and innovative design. With just three basic models in widths of 100, 150, and 200 mm, these trays can be assembled into the required sizes. They do not require the production of bends, tees, or other accessories, allowing for any turn, expansion, branching, or lifting/ lowering based on site needs. They can be routed out at any point without drilling or welding. They simplify engineering design, production, and transportation, and are ideal for installation. The modular cable trays come with lids and are available in four surface treatments: electrostatic spraying, galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, and zinc-coated followed by spraying, suitable for different environments. Special corrosion protection should be applied in heavily corrosive conditions.
