ENGAGE™ Dow HM 7487 POE, Dow HM7487 Polyolefin Elastomer is an ethylene-butylene copolymer with higher molecular weight, better toughness, and higher melt strength compared to other commercially available polyolefin elastomers. It can act as an extender for SEBS, imparting lower gloss in rigid TPOs, providing a foundation for flexible soft-touch compounds, and is particularly suitable for extrusion applications such as wires and cables. ENGAGE HM 7487 is also used for impact modification in various thermoplastic resins.
