What are the considerations when selecting screw jack models?

If you need assistance in selecting a screw jack that meets your requirements, please provide the following parameters:

Selection Tips for SJ Series Screw Jacks

Single-phase AC motors, three-phase AC motors, DC motors (DC12V, DC24V), stepper motors, and servo motors are all compatible with screw jack lifting mechanisms. The default operating temperature range is -20°C to 40°C; please specify if a non-standard temperature range of -40°C to 70°C or other special processing is required. Both stainless steel screw jack lifting mechanisms and cast aluminum box body screw jack lifting mechanisms can be manufactured.

2. The continuous load factor (operating time) is the percentage of work within 10 minutes. The operating time for SJT/SKT trapezoidal screw jack is 30%, and for SJB/SKB ball screw jack is 50%. When the load factor is less than the actual condition, the continuous operating time can be increased accordingly.

3. Actual input power must not exceed the elevator's input power, input speed must not surpass 1800 rpm, working environment temperature affects input power. Load factor is the percentage of actual load to rated load. Actual input torque = Load factor x Full load torque. Input power = (Full load torque Nm x Load factor x Input speed rpm) / 9550. Actual input power = Rated input power x Temperature coefficient (the temperature coefficient is 1 for -20° to 40°).

4. The R2 trapezoidal screw jack features a self-locking reduction ratio. The R1 reduction ratio may not self-lock when the load factor exceeds 65%, and a brake should be configured for conditions requiring self-locking.

5. The trapezoidal thread screw jack exhibits an axial error of 0.1mm at a 300mm stroke. (The ball screw jack has an axial error of 0.07mm at a 300mm stroke.)

6. Screw jack cannot directly bear lateral forces during operation. Under conditions with lateral forces, it is advisable to consider adding guides, guide rails, spherical hinges, yoke installations, and eccentric nuts to counteract the lateral forces.
