The HR Manager highlighted that the company achieved remarkable success in talent recruitment in 2024, successfully introducing several industry experts who have infused fresh energy into our growth. However, there are still challenges in retaining talent, with some key positions experiencing turnover that has impacted operations. In the 2025 work plan, we will further optimize the compensation and benefits system, strengthen corporate culture, create a more positive work environment, and enhance employees' sense of belonging and loyalty.

The Finance Manager provided a detailed report on the company's financial status for 2024. Data revealed a steady increase in revenue and a significant rise in profits over the past year. However, there are areas in cost control that require improvement, with some project expenses exceeding the budget. In 2025, the finance department will strengthen budget management.

We have strictly controlled cost expenditures and optimized capital allocation to ensure the continuous and healthy development of our financial status. The Sales Manager shared the sales performance and market expansion over the past year. Despite fierce market competition, the sales team, with their professional sales skills and proactive spirit in market expansion, successfully achieved the annual sales targets.
