I. Working Principle:
The saltwater injection machine fully seasons meat by injecting saltwater, starch, soy protein, and other additives into it. Utilizing mechanical devices, the seasonings are injected through needles into the product, ensuring even distribution within the fully automatic saltwater injection machine for quick marination, enhanced flavor, preserved meat nutrition, and strengthened texture. The aqueous solution injected into the meat blocks tenderizes and softens the meat, improving the quality and yield of meat products. The equipment can adjust the step speed, step distance, meat plate gap, and injection pressure according to the product and process requirements, injecting the marinade evenly and continuously into the meat to achieve the desired injection effect. The saltwater injection method accelerates the marination process, shortening it by two-thirds, improving product quality, enhancing water retention, and increasing yield.

4. To enhance the separation between the injection machine and the small meat pieces, a water-meat filtration system has been added above the water tank. The drive chain is removable for easy cleaning, and the needle heads are simple to disassemble and replace.
5. The injection pressure of this machine can be adjusted between 0.1 and 0.8 Mpa, depending on the product.

7. The equipment, in addition to meat processing, has been successfully applied to the injection processing of fish, sea cucumber, poultry, and other products through the replacement of needles. The main structure of the brine injection machine includes: a crank and connecting rod mechanism that drives the needle plate to move up and down, with all brine injection needles fixed on the needle plate. A conveyor belt that intermittently feeds meat blocks is driven by a chain mechanism. It also features a brine pump, brine storage tank, pipeline for conveying brine, a set of filter screens, and a driving motor along with electrical control devices.
Operation Instructions:
Prior to operation, start the saltwater pump and adjust the pressure regulator to ensure the required pressure. Activate the drive motor and adjust the chain drive mechanism to guarantee the feeding rate of the conveyor belt. Place the meat pieces onto the conveyor belt from the input end. When the needle plate is in the upward position, the conveyor belt advances by one feeding amount and then stops. The needle plate descends, the injection needles are inserted into the meat pieces, and injection occurs. The needle plate rises, injection stops, and the conveyor belt advances intermittently again, feeding the meat pieces forward by a certain amount. This process repeats. The saltwater injection machine is equipped with several injection needles, which, through the up and down movement of the needles, inject the brine quantitatively, evenly, and continuously into the raw meat.
V. Maintenance of the Saltwater Injection Machine:
At the end of each work session, fill the brine storage tank with fresh water, start the motor and the brine pump, and rinse all needles. After cleaning, stop the brine pump and only operate the drive motor. Use a hose to clean the conveyor belt, ensuring all residue on the belt is washed off.

2. Perform a monthly shutdown inspection of the drive motor to check for contamination in the reducer oil. If the oil inside the reducer is contaminated, it should be replaced promptly.
At the end of each shift, open the side box cover to check the lubrication of the transmission system. Ensure that points such as the needle plate lifting guide column, joint bearings, and chain-driven flywheel are not lacking in lubricant; if found to be low, replenish promptly.
