1. Vacuum Quenching Furnaces; Vacuum quenching furnaces are categorized into vacuum oil quenching furnaces and vacuum air quenching furnaces.

The vacuum oil quenching furnace is suitable for vacuum heat treatment of mold steel, spring steel, stainless steel, bearing steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and more. Its main features include a wide range of applicable materials, strong quenching penetration, low cost, and reusable quenching oil. Its drawbacks include relatively larger deformation and subsequent cleaning required for the workpiece. The vacuum oil quenching furnace can be structurally divided into dual-chamber furnaces and triple-chamber furnaces, among others.

The vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace is suitable for vacuum heat treatment of materials with good hardenability, such as high-speed steel, stainless steel, and mold steel. Its features include minimal part deformation and no need for cleaning after heat treatment. Its drawbacks include the inability to recover quenching gas and higher costs. The vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace can be divided into horizontal and vertical types structurally. Horizontal types include single, double, and triple-chamber configurations. Vertical types are suitable for heat treatment of ring-shaped, cylindrical, and long rod-shaped parts. The quenching pressure of the vacuum high-pressure gas quenching furnace is generally 2 bar to 10 bar. The furnace type suitable for the part's pressure can be selected according to user needs.

2. Vacuum Annealing Furnace: Vacuum annealing furnaces come in single-chamber, double-chamber, and vertical types, generally using nickel-chromium ribbon for heating at 800°C. These furnaces are typically used for parts that require a bright, non-oxidized surface after hardening treatment.

3. Vacuum Annealing Furnaces: Vacuum annealing furnaces are categorized into single-chamber, double-chamber, and vertical types. These furnaces can be selected based on the material of the parts for medium-high or low temperatures (medium-high: 800℃-1350℃, low: 800℃).
