The primary function of the grouting tube is to assist in the injection of concrete into various gaps, ensuring complete sealing to prevent cracking, displacement, and deformation, thereby better protecting the pile foundation and the loads above it. If this component is standalone, we pre-fabricate the steel reinforcement surrounding it, which is referred to as the steel cage. Typically, the pre-fabricated steel structures for bored pile, excavation pile, columns, etc., are called steel cages.

Grouting tubes are a pre-installed grouting tube system used for permanently sealing construction joints, cold joints, pipe渗漏 joints, and gaps between diaphragm walls in concrete. Installing grouting tubes between new and old concrete joints is highly suitable. When water infiltrates the joints, it can be sealed by injecting grout through a PVC port set on the surface. This method seals the joints.

The appropriate grouting time can be chosen after the concrete curing process is completed. Leak-proof joints can also be permanently sealed using this method. The key advantages of the grouting pipes include: easy installation, provided as a complete set; the grouting pipes can be cut to the actual required length at the construction site (it is recommended that the longest grouting outlet length not exceed 6 meters); no special installation equipment is required.

Gating time can be chosen freely; when injecting under pressure, the slurry in the gating tube can maintain an even fill throughout the tube; the system allows for injection at relatively low pressure; installation does not affect the inherent properties of the building injection tubes; neither installation nor injection process harms concrete; permanent sealing is ensured after injection; no need for injection if there is no leakage.
