The near-infrared carbon fiber quartz electric heating tube is an electric heating tube mainly emitting short and medium waves, with a black-red quartz glass as the insulating shell and carbon fiber long filaments as the heating element, either wound or woven around it. The black-red quartz glass tube is a new type of doped quartz glass. Compared to transparent quartz glass tubes, the black quartz glass does not transmit ultraviolet and most visible light, absorbing and converting them into infrared radiation; compared to milky quartz glass, black quartz glass has excellent infrared transmission properties, capable of carrying multiple times the energy per unit area.
