Construction is a major project, during which debris constantly falls from above, potentially polluting the ground. However, after covering the ground with geotextile, we simply lift it up, and the surface remains as clean as before, eliminating the need for cleaning. This has also made our work more convenient. So, let's take a look at the production process of this geotextile.
1. Added polypropylene granules.
2. The continuous filament is extruded and then cut into short fiber filaments after the geotextile is stretched and contracted again.
Fibers are placed in the machine for flattening.
4. Continuously polymerize the film, which is then cut into fine filaments.
5. After the geotextile to be produced is stretched again, the fine fibers are wound onto a roller, following which the machine weaving and processing begin according to the technical parameters and weaving method of the design.
6. Through various independently developed production processes, the fibers are needled and then heat bonded.
Utilizing this production process, we can create high-strength, smooth geotextiles. Geotextiles encompass a broad category with various forms, divided into non-woven and woven types. Non-woven geotextiles are further categorized into long-fiber and short-fiber, and include mechanical bonding, heat pressing, and chemical bonding, among others. Woven geotextiles also come in multiple varieties. Offering competitive pricing and a wide range of specifications, they are versatile tools in civil engineering projects.
