The VTA Testing Center located in the Jiangning District of Nanjing, independent of the VTA German headquarters testing center, is a comprehensive testing facility equipped with a variety of testing equipment. It is capable of conducting small and medium-scale tests, as well as providing distillation contract manufacturing services.

Through experimental testing, the following information can be obtained, including the achievable product quality, yields, and distillation parameters. This will provide a reliable experimental data foundation for the customer's new process development, optimization of operating conditions, enhancement of process efficiency, and design of future facilities.
The results from the small-scale and pilot tests can also serve as the basis for the process parameters of the distillation contract manufacturing.
To ensure the protection of our clients' confidentiality, VTA guarantees strict confidentiality of sensitive product information. Information collected from clients is treated as confidential and strictly protected. As required, since this process may involve equipment production information independently developed by VTA, VTA may also need to keep this information confidential from the client.
Laboratory Pilot Test:
Theoretical calculations are often insufficient for designing industrial equipment or determining distillation process conditions. The results of experimental testing form the basis for the entire process and equipment selection. Sample testing and analysis can be conducted at the VTA laboratory. Additionally, customers will also receive samples of light and heavy fractions for analysis in their own laboratories.
At the VTA laboratory distillation equipment, customers can prepare as little as 1 kilogram of raw materials for preliminary feasibility studies. Distillation experiments are conducted on high-boiling, high-melting, and high-viscosity materials under low operating pressures.
