Dorun assembles creative container housing, primarily constructed from lightweight steel frames made by cold-rolling galvanized steel strips. Supported and integrated with accessories, these frames provide reasonable load-bearing capacity to replace traditional housing.
The Derun prefabricated steel buildings consist of structural, ground, floor, wall, and roof systems, each composed of several modular units. These units are manufactured in the factory and assembled on-site. The integrated buildings are demountable and mobile, thus not damaging the land, and have transformed the "immovable" property attribute of houses for thousands of years into a "movable" one, achieving a complete separation of the property and land aspects of "real estate" for the first time in history.
Characteristics and Configurations of Creative Containers
Factory-made and highly mechanized light steel components for creative containers; rapid on-site construction for creative containers.
Creative container's steel structure buildings are sustainable products with light self-weight and excellent seismic performance.
The comprehensive economic indicators of the innovative container are not higher than those of reinforced concrete structures. This is because the walls of the light steel structure are thinner, which can increase the effective usable area compared to brick-and-concrete structures. In comparison to reinforced concrete residential buildings, the steel in the light steel structure can be reused multiple times. The innovative container also boasts excellent seismic performance.
The construction of creative shipping containers employs a dry construction method, which prevents waste of water resources and saves costs.
