De-Run assembles creative container housing, primarily constructed from lightweight steel framing made by cold rolling galvanized steel strips. With the support and integration of accessories, it achieves a reasonable load-bearing capacity, replacing traditional housing.
The Derun Prefabricated Steel Houses are composed of structural, ground, floor, wall, and roof systems, each consisting of several modular units. These units are manufactured in the factory and assembled on-site. The integrated houses are demountable and mobile, not damaging the land, thus transforming the "immovable" property attribute of houses for thousands of years into "movable" property, and completely separating the "real estate" property from the "land" property.
Characteristics and Configurations of Creative Containers
The factory and mechanization levels of the light steel components for creative container manufacturing are high, and the on-site construction speed is fast.
Creative container's steel structure building is a sustainable product; the self-weight of the creative container is light and it has good seismic performance.
The comprehensive economic indicators of the innovative container are not higher than those of reinforced concrete structures. This is because the walls of the light steel structure are thinner, allowing for an increase in usable area compared to brick-and-concrete structures. In comparison to reinforced concrete residential buildings, the steel in the light steel structure can be reused multiple times. The innovative container also boasts excellent seismic performance.
Creative container construction employs a dry construction method, which prevents waste of water resources and saves costs.
