De-Run assembles creative container housing, primarily constructed from light steel framing made by cold rolling galvanized steel strips. Supported and integrated with accessories, it offers calculated load-bearing capacity, replacing traditional housing.
The Derun Prefabricated Light Steel Houses are composed of structural, ground, floor, wall, and roof systems, each system consisting of several unit modules. These unit modules are manufactured in the factory and assembled on-site. The integrated houses are demountable and mobile, not damaging the land, thus transforming the traditional "immovable" property attribute of houses into a "movable" one, and achieving a complete separation of the "real estate" property and "land" for thousands of years.
Features and Configurations of Creative Containers
The factory and mechanization levels of the light steel components for creative container manufacturing are high, and the on-site construction speed of creative containers is fast.
Creative container's steel structure building is a sustainable product; the creative container has a light self-weight and excellent seismic performance.
The comprehensive economic indicators of the innovative container are not higher than those of reinforced concrete structures. This is because the walls of the light steel structure are thinner, allowing for an increase in usable area compared to brick-and-concrete structures. In comparison to reinforced concrete residential buildings, the steel in the light steel structure can be reused multiple times. The innovative container also boasts excellent seismic performance.
The construction of creative containers employs a dry construction method, which prevents waste of water resources and saves costs.
