System Description

WastewaterDosage UnitPrimarily for domestic wastewater and similar industrial organic wastewater treatment, the main treatment method is the mature biochemical treatment technology of contact oxidation. The water quality parameters are designed and calculated based on general domestic wastewater quality. It consists of a drug solution system, a dosing system, a safety system, and a control system. Functionally, it can be divided into: acid-base dosing unit, flocculation dosing unit, and sterilization dosing unit.

Medications are added to the solvent tank and automatically dissolved with distilled water in proportion, then added by the metering dosing system. Dosing control can be manual or automatic, triggered by control signals from the DCS system.
