System Description

The system's dosing unit features: modular design, compact structure, small footprint, easy maintenance, excellent resistance to salt spray and acid erosion, high level of automation, continuous operation without human supervision, with self-diagnosis and alarm output capabilities. The status and fault signals of all metering pumps and mixers can be remotely transmitted to the DCS or higher-level computer as required, and the DCS or higher-level computer can remotely start or stop the dosing pumps as needed.
