Ensure the foundation for the gantry is sturdy. Follow the manufacturer's specific foundation drawings for construction. For concrete surfaces that are tightly compacted and thick enough, the foot bolts can be installed directly according to the drawings. For looser surfaces, the foundation must be re-excavated and constructed according to the foundation drawings. Fill with concrete of sufficient thickness to prevent the gantry machining center from sinking later, as the bed will deform upon sinking, resulting in loss of precision. The foundation dimensions must not be smaller than the outline dimensions of the gantry machining center's support area, and the concrete construction thickness must comply with national standards.
The Longmen machining centers are prone to vibration when processing large workpieces. The heavier the Longmen machining center, the thicker the foundation it requires. The low compressive strength of the concrete is 1800 N/m², and the tensile strength is 180 N/m². The ground's bearing strength must exceed 5 tons/m². The finished concrete foundation must be crack-free, and anti-vibration materials should be added inside the workshop.

1. Check the oil level of the gantry machining center. Recommend using T68# guide rail lubricant.
2. Timely replenish the coolant in the cooling tank of the龙门 machining center
Check the oil level of the pneumatic three-way assembly in the gantry machining center to be approximately two-thirds the height of the entire oil tube.
4. Daily, water and air inside the pneumatic triple-element filter oil tank are drained out through the drain valve.
5. Inspect the air pressure of the gantry machining center, loosen the adjustment knob, and adjust the pressure according to the principle of right rotation for increasing pressure and left rotation for decreasing pressure, typically set between 5-7 KG/CM². The pressure switch is usually set at 5 KG/CM²; an alarm will sound if the pressure drops below 5 KG/CM², triggering a "LOW AIR PRESSURE" alert in the system. The alarm will clear once the pressure is increased.
6. Inspect the air blowing in the spindle cone hole of the gantry machining center for normalcy, wipe the inside cone hole of the spindle with a clean cotton cloth, and apply a light oil.
7. Timely clean the gantry machining center's tool magazine arms and tools, as well as the grippers. Clean the exposed limit switches and stop blocks on the gantry machining center.
