The DLB-280 roller cutting automatic biscuit production line is a product of our company, featuring innovative design, compact structure, and high level of automation. It completes the entire process from raw material extrusion, shaping, waste recycling, drying, oil spraying, to cooling all in one go. Function: A dough mixer is a machine that kneads flour and water to form dough or mix with other materials. It can be used independently as well as in conjunction with other equipment.

Function: Dual-purpose roller printing and cutting molding machine with 3 continuous扎roller face pressing, automatic molding, automatic waste recycling, and variable frequency speed control.

Electric Oven with Stand

Each electric oven section measures 2 meters in length, 0.9 meters in height, and 0.45 meters in width. Power rating: 32kw. Total length: 10 meters, consisting of 5 sections.

10-meter energy-saving tunnel furnace with automatic temperature control. Ground level can be adjusted, equipped with far-infrared electric heating.

④ Spray Machine

This machine is used to spray oil onto the baked biscuit surface, which ensures a uniform color and delicious taste.

1m long, 1m high, 0.72m wide, 2kW power, automatic oil injection, automatic temperature control, automatic filtration, adjustable oil injection amount.

⑤ Conveyor

Function: Cools baked goods after oiling, with adjustable speed. Cools naturally on a conveyor belt. Dimensions: 2 meters long, 0.5 meters high, 0.35 meters wide.
