1. Cookie production line

The DLB-280 roller-cutting automatic biscuit production line is developed by our company based on the absorption of Japanese technology. The equipment features innovative design, compact structure, and high level of automation. It completes the entire process from raw material extrusion, shaping, waste recycling, drying, oil spraying, to cooling automatically in one go. Our company offers over a hundred molds and dozens of process formulas to the customers. By changing molds and process formulas, we can produce various types of biscuits popular in the market, such as butter biscuits, filled biscuits, ultra-thin biscuits, soda biscuits, animal biscuits, multivitamin biscuits, vegetable biscuits, and more.

Mixing Machine

Function: A dough mixer is a stirring machine that blends flour with water to form dough or mix with other materials. It can be used as a standalone unit or paired with other equipment.

②: Molding Machine

Function: For roller printing and roller cutting dual-purpose forming machineThree-roller continuous pressing, automatic shaping, automatic waste recycling, variable frequency speed control.

Spec: Molding Machine Length3 meters in length, 0.45 meters in width, and 1.3 meters in height. Power rating: 1.1 kW.

Electric Oven with Stand

Electric oven section length2 meters in height, 0.9 meters in width, 0.45 meters in depth. Power rating: 32 kW. Total of 5 sections, each 10 meters in length.

Energy-saving tunnel furnace10 meters long, with automatic temperature control. Ground level is adjustable, featuring far-infrared electric heating.

④ Spray Machine

This machine is used to spray oil on the baked biscuit surface, which ensures a uniform color and delicious taste.

⑤ Conveyor
