Troubleshooting: After stopping the feeding, allow the machine to run empty for one minute to exhaust the material inside. Then, shut down the machine. While still warm, remove the nozzle and spiral sleeve, flush out the spiral shaft, clear any remaining residue from the extruder, and clear the nozzle holes for future use.
Prior to operation, the food puffing machine requires the removal of components such as the head, core, and screw rod. Thoroughly clean the core and screw rod of rice residue and oil stains, then dry and reassemble. Start and run for 1 to 2 minutes.
