The waste steel crushing machine is a machine that, according to the user's requirements, allows various materials to deform and break into fine particles through external force within the machine body. The basic principle of the waste steel crushing machine, driven by an electric motor to drive the impeller, is that under the power of a high-speed, high-torque electric motor, the material to be crushed can be finely crushed in the crushing chamber, tearing it into crushed materials of the required specifications. If the rivet heads on the impeller are severely worn, they can be restored to their original condition by using welding to deposit material on the impeller body and hub, thereby reconstituting the damaged rivet heads.
2. In cases where fatigue cracks are prone to occur at rivet holes in scrap metal crushers, welding can be used to repair cracks with unused welding rods. After welding, the remaining rod should be of the same length as the one left over from repairing the symmetric rivet, ensuring equal weight for the weld. If there are no cracks at the symmetric rivet holes, the welding rod should also be deposited here to counterbalance the new welding weight added to the crack location. By welding using this method of symmetric weight compensation, cracks can be repaired.
3. The waste steel crushing machine performs a simple dynamic balance test on the impeller, and the method is quite straightforward. Support the impeller with an object, gently nudge it with your hand, and it should rotate lightly. The unbalanced areas will stop and swing back and forth. If there is an imbalance, you can add weight by spot-welding on the opposite impeller to achieve balance, or you can grind away the weld marks on the heavier impeller with an angle grinder to reach balance. This way, the fan can be repaired and operated normally.
4. The new scrap steel crushing machine addresses the drawbacks of the old model's blades by utilizing a specially designed shaft and blade disc. This blade disc is highly durable, requiring no replacement; a simple resharpening on the disc is all that's needed.
5. To separate iron and aluminum particles from metal scrap, the new scrap steel crusher is equipped with a conveying device that integrates magnetic separation. This combined feeding and discharging conveying system allows for the separation of aluminum and iron from the crushed metal material.
6. The equipment can effectively control the fineness of the material discharge, simply by adjusting the gap between the blade disc and the liner. The metal material processed by the scrap steel crusher can achieve a fineness below one millimeter with a uniformity of up to 90%. 7. The special design of the waste steel crushing machine features a crushing cavity and installed liners. The metal material is abraded of paint on the liners, ensuring there is no impurities or paint residue.
8. Metal materials after crushing must be separated and impurities and paint removed in the dust collector and fan.
