Hollow Slit Slatted Blinds

1. The blades are梭-shaped with double-arc surfaces, featuring an elegant design and a high-tech look. The blade cross-section is large and hollow, offering high strength and meeting the requirements for flexibility and ductility in exterior louvers. Suitable for large-span applications, they can serve as a protective function for glass curtain walls.

2. The blades have a slight curve, reducing positive wind pressure when closed, and offer sunshade control unaffected by wind. The blade angle is adjustable from 0 to 105 degrees, allowing adjustment according to the angle of the sun's rays to achieve sunshade and light control effects.

3. Available with either a concealed motor or an external motor linkage, featuring a scientifically designed structure for easy assembly and reliable quality assurance.

4. Available for horizontal or vertical (including fixed) installation, suitable for large glass curtain walls and glass ceilings in various modern buildings. 1. Blade specifications include: 85mm, 180mm, 210mm, 250mm, 300mm, 450mm, etc., with reinforced ribs. Length dimensions are designed to complement existing window frame locations, effectively enhancing shading performance.

3. Material: Aluminum alloy thickness not less than 1.0mm, surface treatment includes powder coating, fluorocarbon coating, etc., with fluorocarbon coating being common and having a spray thickness of 6U ± 1U. Chemical composition: Magnesium 0.45-0.90%, Silicon 0.2-0.6%.

4. Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength not less than 160 Mpa.

5. Deviation and Warping: Angular deviation ±1°, Plane clearance: Not less than 0.26mm, Twist degree (mm/mm wide): Not more than 0.026 per meter length.
