Each complete submersible mixer set consists of a submersible mixer, which is made up of a copper-wound motor, impeller, shaft, propeller, bracket, guide rod, etc. It should be supplied as a set with the necessary accessories, fasteners, spare parts, protectors, on-site control cabinet and junction box, as well as the required cables and a common lifting device (optional).Mobile lifting brackets, lifting pulleys, stainless steel lifting chains, and hooks, etc.)Each mixer includes the following components:

Technical Requirements for Submersible Mixers:
Submersible mixers consist of impellers, submersible motors, lifting guide rods, and angle turning devices.
The submersible mixer rotates smoothly without any jamming, stalling, or vibration.
The submersible mixer underwent a sealed air pressure test with a pressure of 3 Kg/m², and there were no leakage issues for the entire duration of 5 minutes.
Submersible mixers are equipped with double mechanical seals, with a service life of not less than 25,000 hours for the mechanical seals.
Submersible mixer continuously operates underwater, while also ensuring reliable performance during intermittent operation and extended shutdowns.
Operates normally after being turned on.
The submersible mixer is coated with anti-corrosion paint, featuring a glossy surface free of stains, dents, cracks, or other damages.
The oil chamber of the submersible mixer has ample space to accommodate expansion due to temperature differences, and the exhaust pipe and inspection holes are equipped with sealing devices to prevent leaks.
Submersible mixers are equipped with underwater cables for control and power, each with a separate import and reliable sealing. Cables connected to the junction box can be resealed with rubber gaskets.
The submersible mixer stator has a thermal protection switch installed within the winding.
The installation rod of the submersible mixer ensures the equipment can rotate freely, ascend and descend, and adjust various angles. There's no need to empty the pool for lifting and installing the mixer.
Service Life: The average operating time before the first failure of the submersible mixer under specified conditions is not less than 10,000 hours, and the overall service life is not less than 15 years.
Propeller: Made of stainless steel material ANSI 316L, precision-machined and dynamically balanced, featuring a non-clogging, pull-back hydraulic design for efficient transmission of motor output power to mix and propel the pool's bottom waste flow. To prevent clogging and ensure the propeller doesn't loosen on the shaft during operation, an internal locking device can be used.
Motor: Gearbox design is not accepted. Motor winding insulation is H class, protection rating is IP68. The motor shaft and rotor are tested for dynamic balance. Maximum operating temperature is 180°C. Normally, the motor temperature does not exceed 130°C. The motor can start up 30 times per hour.
Bearings: The motor and impeller of the agitator are directly coupled, with the shaft made of wear-resistant stainless steel. The impeller and motor can bear all axial and radial loads; the shaft of the impeller and motor should be the same, and the impeller shaft must be an extension of the motor shaft.
Ligaments will not be accepted. The impeller shaft should be completely isolated from the mixing medium. The service life of the agitator bearing is greater than 100,000 hours.
Monitoring System: A thermal switch should be installed in the stator winding, with the set temperatures for opening at 125℃ and closing at 95℃, which can be connected to the motor overload protection. A leak sensor is installed inside the stirrer to monitor for leaks.
Flow guide ring: A flow guide ring is assembled around the 360°perimeter of the impeller of the mixer. To maintain hydraulic efficiency and energy consumption, the larger gap between the propeller tip and the flow guide ring is 16.5 mm.
