(1) General Requirements

Each recirculating pump should be capable of continuous operation, intermittent operation, and resuming operation after a long-term shutdown under full immersion conditions.

b. The pump should be able to withstand reversal caused by backflow without causing any harm to the pump.

c. The pump unit, within the scope of the designed supply, should be vibration-free, free from cavitation, and operate smoothly. The pump's rotor components should undergo dynamic and static balance tests.

d. The pump casing must have sufficient thickness to bear all loads, including static water pressure test pressure and continuous working pressure.

e. The impeller and pump shaft are keyed and fixed at the end of the shaft, with sealing applied. A locking device must be used on the impeller and shaft to prevent loosening, whether the impeller and shaft are rotating clockwise or occasionally reversing.

f. The impeller should undergo dynamic and static balance tests.

g. The shaft of the pump and motor should be a continuous, uninterrupted shaft, with the pump shaft being an extension of the motor shaft. Couplings are not acceptable.

The mixed liquid recirculation pump is mainly composed of a impeller, submersible motor, self-coupling system, check valve at the outlet, short pipe, guide rod, and lifting device, with its design ensuring the pump's easy and reliable operation. The pump is mounted on the guide rod for easy lowering. The self-coupling system ensures quick, convenient, and reliable connection to the pool wall piping.

The impeller of the mixed liquid recirculation pump is a self-cleaning spiral propeller blade type. Its structure should ensure maximum utilization without clogging or slag formation, and the blade angle should be selected at a normal value based on the operating conditions.

Export Check Valve (including outlet short pipe)

(2) Electric motor

To monitor the temperature of each phase winding, a thermosensitive switch should be installed in the stator winding coils. The thermosensitive switch should be connected to the external motor overload protection and connected to the control cabinet.

The cable entry seal should ensure ease of cable replacement and should not be sealed with epoxy, silicone, or any other secondary sealing systems.
