Low-speed propeller main components should meet the following material requirements:

Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection should be in accordance with the customer's on-site usage.Pool shape and water depth, adjust the propeller installation position reasonably, and provide drawings and performance curves.

During the operation of the underwater propeller, it is required that the horizontal flow velocity at the bottom of the pool be greater than0.3 m/s to prevent sedimentation.

The underwater propeller should be capable of moving up and down along the guide rod, allowing for smooth elevation and descent, and should be adjustable in both horizontal and vertical directions, equipped with a safety braking mechanism.

B. Submerged Propeller Structure

Underwater propellers should utilize axial flow impellers with excellent self-cleaning capabilities, no vibration during operation, and optimized design, having been tested for dynamic balance. The impeller should efficiently stir and propel the fluid at the bottom of the pool. All blades should have the same shape.

The underwater propeller should be a hydraulically balanced, non-clogging, trailing edge design.

The propeller and shaft are keyed and fixed at the shaft end, with sealing applied. The impeller and shaft must be equipped with a locking device to prevent loosening, whether the impeller and shaft are rotating clockwise or occasionally reversing.

Propellers should undergo dynamic and static balancing tests.

The underwater propeller should be coaxial with the motor.

The shaft of the underwater propeller must be an extension of the motor shaft.

Ball bearing

All bearings are designed for a lifespan of100,000 hours.

Mechanical Seal

The underwater propeller should be equipped with a double mechanical seal system. The seals operate within an oil cavity, which lubricates the overlapping sealing surfaces at a constant flow rate.

DC motor

The motor for an underwater thruster should be a submersible motor, with the insulation level of the stator winding and the stator lead-in beingInsulation temperature of H class: 155°C, motor protection rating: IP68.
